“I first called Paul Bange Roofing in August 2025 after dealing with ongoing problems from a previous roofer who had replaced my entire roof but unfortunately did a very poor job. For nearly two years, I experienced leak after leak after leak, despite countless attempts to “fix” the problem. By that point, not only had I reached my limit, but so had my wood floors, ceilings, master bedroom, and guest bedroom. “After paying over $25,000 for a new roof, there were still gutters hanging from my house and multiple unfinished items. I took photos and simply asked them to come back and finish the work before I paid the remaining balance of around $2,000. Instead of completing the job, they rushed to file a lien against my property. As a single mother, I felt I was treated very differently than I should have been. Rather than working with me to resolve a small punch list after a major project, they chose intimidation. What made it even more uncomfortable was that one of their employees stood outside my home commenting on how nice my house and neighborhood were and saying he wished he could afford something like it. Given everything that followed, it left me feeling that there was resentment toward me instead of a genuine effort to finish the work professionally.
